Is it possible to add files from a server to a ticket via http?

Hello everyone, I want to create a JIRA ticket and add files to it. However, these files are on a different server. All the examples that I have found so far assume that the file is on the same server as the script. I am a little at a loss. The creation of the ticket works flawles

Your script needs to be able to access the files. You may need to SCP/FTP them across from the remote server in order to attach them to the ticket.
