Is it possible to add existing setup such as workflow/issue type schemes with a project blueprint?

I'm using this article https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/jira-platform/guides/projects/tutorial-creating-a-project-template as base to develope a plugin where I can create a project based on my default setup. The problem is that with this article, using the project blueprint it always create new schemes for the new project. Is it possible to modify the json to point the new project to use existing workflow and issue type schemes?
