Is it possible to add a button to JIRA tickets that can return a user's credentials?

I created an automated application that automatically comments and transitions JIRA tickets. However, I am told to allow it so that a JIRA ticket just has a button to do this automatically. I was wondering if it is possible to have a button that returns a text file to our server so that it returns the current users credentials, because I need a user's credentials for authentication on my Java program. I don't have any JIRA administration access so I am pretty clueless on how to approach this problem.

Nothing out of the box. Even if you could look into the database with a plugin the password would be encrypted and wouldn't be usable.
