Is it possible for user management in Jira

We have a scenario in which there are 1500+ projects in Jira (server/datacenter).Every project requires Git Repo integration into it.We are using Git integration for Jira plugin for repo integration.Practically it is difficult to go to every project and establish git connection.

We are looking for a solution or plugin any availability which can allow the Git application integration into jira,which can allow users to establish git connection into their project by logging into git account through Jira.

Is there any possibility to achieve this.Any idea to manage repo integrations in bulk counts.

Any kind of help is really appreciated.Thanks in advance!!

Hi @Bhargavi  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You should be able to setup the integration for use will all repositories in your GitHub instance. That's why we do. We do not have to setup each individual one per project. 

Within the repo, when you put in the Jira Issue key, it knows where to connect.

I request you to please look into the below scenario and help me with your suggestions.

Say for example in jira there are 100 projects on 100 users.Each user(project lead/admin) has a Git account.Now every user is coming to jira admin asking to establish their git  account integration into their projects.

My question here is,,,user is the admin of his Git account.And as a Jira admin we are taking his git credentials and establishing integration.

I am just looking for a possibility if exists,,so that user (who is the project admin,git account admin) can integrate the git into his project without interference of jira admin.

In our setup, our repositories are all owned by the same organization. It is not an enterprise license, but a single Organization owns the repositories. 

Then we connecting Jira to GitHub, it connects to all of the repositories owned by that user/organization.
