Is it only me having trouble mentioning people by using "@"?

I used to type "@" + username to mention someone in the ticket. But these days, it does not seem to work as it was before.

Sometimes "@" + username results in "@username"+ the username's last character.

Or sometimes the username does not pop up. I have to erase what I typed and do it again in the same way to get the actual result that I want.

Is it only me experiencing this problem?

I find that it is usually some type of permission related to either the issue or the project when people don't show up. Especially if they show up on some cards and not others.
