Is it achievable to send the filter results to a JSM Customer who don't have access to Jira Cloud ?

We were trying to resolve some solution for sending a Excel report in a Downloadable file or a link that gets user download. 
So if it possible it could be helpful or give us solutions like what are the ways that we can achieve it or not?

Hi @Santhosh Raj , You could consider using automation to send an email to a non-licensed individual. The body of the email could contain a list of issues and formatted to include the desired fields, e.g. key - summary - status...
