My dream is to have one system to manage workload.
Currently, we are using a combination of tools (Asana, Trello, JIRA, GSheets, email and others) to run and manage our workload and activities, which is a mixture of big chunky programs, tactical projects, BAU processes (monthly / weekly frequency) and ad-hoc sporadic requests for updates / support.
Interested if anyone out there is running a similar set of activities all on JIRA, and how they might have configured it?
