I'm beginning reading about the atlassian products and the question arises spontaneously:
is Jira only for IT Teams or can it be useful for every kind of business team that has to menage projects, tasks, calendars, ....?

Hi @Silvia Lombardo , Jira is definitely not just for IT teams. For example, I did jira for the following teams with the following needs:

• business team - process of accepting inquiries via Jira Service Desk - processing of offers, approval by customer, calculation
• risk managers - rating assessment when approving various loans.
• jira as a CRM solution - registering customers, managing business opportunities and lead
• support tool for any organization
• portal - for travel agency, bid processing, booking management
• marketing teams - preparation of campaign management
• HR - onboarding process (approaches, hardware, legislation)
• backoffice - billing
• company offering services - travel and activities of employees, planning of individual people program, overview of workload

It is a series of applications which you can Jira adapted to their needs.
