Is Jira charging double amount for Standard plan when upgrading to Premium Plan?

Our team have been using Jira Standard Plan for a few months and decided to upgrade to premium plan.

When I changed the plan, Jira put me in the Premium trial for 30 days, however it also show me this notice (image).billing info.png

Our billing cycle for the standard plan was on the 19th of every month, and as I understand for the past charging cycle, it's pre-paid for the remaining of the month. We already paid for the Oct 19 - Nov 19 cycle, so does that mean when Nov 19 comes we will be charged  again for standard plan for November? I don't think it's right so does anyone know about it? Please explain to us how Jira counts and charge for these billing cycles.

From the screenshot, i can see that you will be charged for Standard plan only not premium plan. Once premiem trail ends then only it will charge as per premium rates.
