Is JIRA to JIRA Issue Copy plugin not working in JIRA Server version is 7.2.7?

When attempting to remote copy an issue, no target projects ever appear to copy the issue to. The field for the project is just loading.

Application link appears to be working fine.

We use JIRA to JIRA Issue Copy plugin. With the details below:

Version: 5.0.4
Vendor: Atlassian
Add-on key: com.atlassian.cpji.cpji-jira-plugin

Are there any bugs specific to 7.27?
