Is Icalendar and importers plugin comes with Atlasssian UPM plugin?

I have updated Atlassian UPM plugin from 2.11 to 2.17.17 and now i see following plugins - Are these plugins comes with UPM? Can we uninstall these plugins?

JIRA iCalendar Plugin

JIRA Importers Plugin (JIM)

JIRA Welcome Plugin

Support Tools Plugin

No, they're distributed as part of JIRA not the UPM.

I would not remove them, but it should be safe to disable them, if you are sure you really don't need any of their functions.  (I'd leave the support tools plugin in place myself)

Thanks for your reply Nic, we have JIRA running in another instances(servers) and i do not see those plugins.

After i updated my UPM plugin i see those additional plugins in one of our instance
