Is Hip-chat video going to be fixed?

My team uses Hipchat video every morning for scrum.  Lately when the link is created half of the team gets split off into a room, if the video room launches at all.  I know Hipchat is EOL so my question is this a known issue that won't be fixed? I need to find a solution/service provider ASAP if this is just going to be the way.  Anyone know?

unfortunately Hip Chat development has been dropped by Atlassian, so this issue likely won't be fixed.

You can try Slack, they have a pretty good solution for Enterprise chat.
