Ive been trying for a while now to create a support ticket to change out site org admin.
Every time, I start filling in and this pops up:
There may be an issue reaching our backend service. This could result in your form submission failing to create a support ticket.
If I go and complete the form, I get an error saying I have not entered my email (I have)
Any idea when this will be fixed?
For anyone else with this issue, try using a different browser - I was using Chrome.
Switching to Safari, I was able to submit.

Hi Sean, I just tried and seem to be able to. I did not click "submit support request" but could fill everything in. where exactly is it throwing the error? I also checked the Statuspage for Support and it is green
Hi Jack, when trying to submit, I get the error displayed below (it thinks I have not entered an email)
