Per https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v2/api-group-groups/#api-rest-api-2-group-member-get the ADMIN connect scope is needed for the API. I wanted to confirm if this is accurate, given that a similar API for Confluence (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/api-group-group/#api-wiki-rest-api-group-member-get) just asks for the READ connect scope.
