Iphone JIRA Cloud Install Stuck

I just tried the JIRA Cloud install on 2 different Iphones and both get stuck at the joining site, sit tight this can take up to 30 seconds. I've tried the install on both wifi and cell service with same issue. It just sits and spins forever until it finally times out. Any ideas on how to fix this? Is there some sort of security issue causing it to not connect.

Jira Cloud cannot be installed on anything other than Atlassian's servers.

Could you explain what you are actually trying to do?

Thank You! My team uses the App for the service desk but appears the one they confirmed for me to install was the wrong one. I scrolled down several more and saw the Mobile for Jira.
