Invite external user to a team from different domain

Hi , I am facing issue when inviting external user from different domain other than my organization. They are not receiving any invitation email from JIRA or me 

Please help or please convey if JIRA is facing any issue on this urgently

It's very possible the external user's mail server returned messages to us for some reason (the mail server was not ready to receive mail, it was marked as spam, there was a temporary outage that returned a more permanent-looking error, etc). When this happens, Atlassian Cloud will pause additional attempts to send mail to that address.

We can check for this condition and clear the error, however we do need to know the email domain (not necessarily the full address if it's not a public provider like gmail.com) of the user encountering the problem. You can post that here and we'll edit it out once accepted, or if you have concerns about even posting the domain publicly for a short bit, you can also open a support case for our team to take a look at privately.

Hi Daniel, 

the issue was resolved, However, may i clarify that only JIRA master admin able to add external user from other organization domain and not Admin user created by Master admin to do so ?

Users with a Trusted or Site Administrator role can invite additional users. If you have access to the site Administration area, you can check which role each user has. This document explains more about inviting users and the permissions involved .

Do note that these are separate permissions than what Jira exclusively grants. For example, it is possible for someone to be a Jira Administrator but not be able to invite new users.
