Invisible technologies login issue

Hello,

I tried to access the Invisible Google account, but I don’t remember the password. I attempted to reset it, but I received the following messages:

“To help keep your account secure, Google needs to verify it’s you. Please sign in again to continue to Gmail.”
“Your sign-in settings don’t meet your organization’s 2-Step Verification policy. Contact your admin for more info.”

I tried contacting the company using the following email address: info@invisible.ai, but I haven’t received a reply yet. Additionally, the email I received when they informed me that I was added to the group mentioned account access instructions and referred to an Onboarding Support Ticket in case of issues. However, I’m unable to use it because I can’t access the account.

How can I regain access to the account?
