Hi Jira Support,

Please investigate my Jira release access. I have the same Jira access as Debbie Oliver, but I still cannot access the same release-related areas/functions Debbie can access.

I am taking on Salesforce DevOps/release responsibilities and need this access to support release planning, validation, and deployment coordination.

Please compare my permissions/groups/roles with  and check whether anything is missing on the backend, including project permissions, release/version permissions, permission schemes, or required Jira groups.

Hi @Mike Rejp

This is a public forum where generic questions are answered by the community for various Atlassian's applications. The community does not have the ability to see why you are having access issues. This is something your organization's Jira admin can help you with.

Hope this helps.

Hello Mike Rejp!

This isn't actually Jira Support, this is the Jira Community forms.

You sound like you are having an internal access issue with Jira, I would highly recommend you reach out to your internal IT Team to get that resolved.

Hello @Mike Rejp

First, I thought it was kind of trolling.

So you are actually on the Official Atlassian Community Forum, which is accessible from the internet.

These things you must address internally within your company to your admin or the person responsible for access. Neither we nor Atlassian have access to give you permission.

Also avoid posting mentioning personal data, everybody in Internet can read this content.

Best,

Arkadiusz 🤠
