Interpret Jira Comment in Plugin (rich-text, wiki markup)

Hi, I'm trying to show some JIRA comments which I got from REST API.

The problem is that those comments content some style codes (rich-text, wiki markup) as following:

{color:#d04437}hi{color}

 What should I do to interpret the comment and show it in my plugin such as normally?

I didn't notice this on REST API...
