Internal Server Error

When attempting to move a task from Column 1: Queued to Column 2: Availability Requested, the task won't move over due to an Internal server error (screenshot). I've tried updating the status within the task from Queued to Availability Requested, and it's the same outcome due to an Internal server error.

I am, however, able to move the task from Column 1 to the Done. What's the best way to resolve this?

Thank you in advance!

Hi Jenn,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!  For situations like this I would recommend engaging with the Atlassian Support team to review what is happening on the backend/through the configuration.  We would be able to line up these traceIDs with the backend logs to assist in determining what might be going on.

Best,

Andy

Thanks, Andy. I was able to resolve the issue. The problem was I had removed a couple of automations and forgot to update two workflows tied to those automations. All is good now.
