Intergration JIRA with Freshdesk

Hi,

I got this intergration issue. So we need to create the API based on this

But the we hit with this error.

There error clearly specifies what is wrong.

Is your Atlassian account based on the mail address in the screenshot and is the token based on this Atlassian Account?

If the account is an Atlassian account, does it have the right permissions on Jira.
