Integration test rail with Jira throw test rail plugin. Can't see the result of test run

In the previous JIRA version, I can see the result of the test runs in Jira, throw test rail plugin integration. In my current version of JIRA(cloud), I can't.
I can see only
TestRail: Cases
Open TestRail: Cases
TestRail: Runs
Open TestRail: Runs
I am expecting to see the Circle graph test run result with description
It is possible to have it in the Cloud JIRA version?
