Integration of JSM with Jasper Briefing app

Context

Brand Managers in US will use the Jasper briefing app - a custom module within Jasper to write detailed content briefs.

As a CDM, I want the Jasper brief to automatically transfer to the GCO Project created for the project in JIRA.

User Story

1. The project brief will be converted into PDF in Jasper tool

2. This PDF brief will attach itself to the JSM Intake form

3. While submitting the intake form, the jasper project brief will transfer from the intake form to the GCO project automatically as an attachment

Acceptance criteria

1. the brief PDF automatically gets transferred from Jasper to JSM intake form to GCO project in JIRA

2. There should be a way for the system to understand which workspace does the GCO project need to be created in - maybe via brand

3. The attachment should be in PDF format
