Integratio Day.io x JIRA

Hello,

I am trying to integrate the Day.io app for time tracking with my JIRA dashboards.

I was able to install the plugin successfully, but when I open it, the following error appears:

"App update required
Your app Day.io - Timesheets & Time tracking for Jira is no longer working as it uses a deprecated platform feature. Please check if an update for this app is available through Atlassian Administration, or ask the app developer to upgrade the app. If the app is listed on the marketplace, contact the developer using the Support tab."

When I access the app tab, there is no update available. Does this mean it has permanently stopped working? Is there any solution that would allow me to continue using it in my environment?

When searching on Day.io support it looks like the company is permanently closed, so that would explain why the app integration hasn't been updated since 2023. Based on that I would say that the integration has stopped working.
