I want to integrate SFDC and Jira using the SFDC Data Connect framework which leverages OData and OAuth.   My requirement is to display Jira tickets in SFDC so my sales teams can understand a customer's support issues.

I can't find documentation on Atlassian which tells me whether Jira supports OData and thus how this may work.

Hello @Garrett Reynolds,

ServiceRocket provides out of the box capabilities for Jira Cloud, based for your requirements with our Jira Cloud for Salesforce Connector, if you'd like to explore testing and possibly implementing it as a trial in your Jira instance, you can find additional details here: https://docs.servicerocket.com/salesforce-jira/installation-guide

What you can actually do with our Connector is listed here: https://docs.servicerocket.com/salesforce-jira/user-guide

Best regards,

Juan

Hi Juan

No budget for a connector as we are a small startup and our SFDC technical expertise is quite high, so we are looking for a native way to build this with no 3rd party costs.  Lightning Data Connect provides simple ways to connect to data sources, as long as they support OData.  We can custom build the connector if not, but for now trying to rule in or out whether Jira supports OData.
