Integrating Jira with Confluence through application link but unable to create.

I am trying to integrate Jira (V7.1.8) with confluence (6.4.3) through Application links but getting error as below in Jira UI.

No response was received from the URL you entered - it may not be valid. Please fix the URL below, if needed, and click Continue

Also see below errors in Jira server logs.

Your Jira is using SSL, but your Confluence does not have the certificates it needs to talk to Jira over SSL.

Your Jira (or the proxy in front of it handling SSL for it) can provide the right one (you can save it from the browser), then you'll need to get it installed in the Confluence's Tomcat.
