Hola, estimada comunica, estoy efectuando la integración de la ticketra de Jira con el SIEM de Log360 de MangeEngine, pero existe un parámetro que solicita el SIEM de Jira que está dado error, Se solicita i ngresar el tipo de problema que esta configurado en el proyecto creado en Jira. pero colocando esta información nos da error.

I should mention that we currently have a paid subscription to JSM, but I think the problem is related to what you mentioned at the beginning about the type of issue/item that the JSM project has created. However, I don't know how to validate this or configure it.

Does the user where the API is created with have a JSM license does this user have the correct permissions.
