We have an intake form that created for the team but we are seeing that some of the peers do no have the access so it does not show the intake. QQ: How can we advise the users that if they can not enter they need to get IIQ access? How can we inform them?

Is the problem that some users cant see the form?
Are those users internal or external?
Have you attached the form to a request type?
Do you have the toggle Create a shareable link ON?
If the users go to the portal and select the request type, then they dont see the attached form?
