Installed Microsoft Teams for Jira and can't find the Jira Cloud tab on Teams desktop App

Hi,

I'm using jira cloud version. I have installed the microsoft teams for jira app in cloud versionand when i go the teams desktop app and i couldn't find the jira cloud tab in add tab section, how to get that tab?

Im not an admin of Teams desktop app.

Hi Samuel,

If you don't have a + symbol at the top by the other tabs, then you don't have permissions to create tabs for that Team/Channel. Find the administrator for that Team and have them add it.

I have the + symbol on my tab line, and Jira had been working.  Today, however, Jira won't open in Teams

What kind of error are you getting? Are others having the same problem?

yes, even i have the add tab symbol and it worked fine for me yestarday, but today im facing this issue.

I would try to create a new tab and install/connect Jira to Teams again. If that fails, I would go ahead and create a support ticket with both Microsoft Teams and with Atlassian.
