Installation of JIRA failed after uninstall

1. I installed Jira and managed to get contact with "firefox http://localhost:8080" 

2. I run "/opt/atlassian/jira/uninstall" to remove the installation, removed /opt/atlassian/* and /var/atlassian/*

3. I started a new installation that seemed to be sucessful:

"Installation of JIRA Software 7.6.0 is complete
Your installation of JIRA Software 7.6.0 is now ready and can be accessed
via your browser.
JIRA Software 7.6.0 can be accessed at http://localhost:8080
Finishing installation ..

But I can't access JIRA with "firefox http://localhost:8080" after the new installation.

What does your start up log say?  Specifically, look for "you may now access Jira on <url>"

Firefix was trying to access internet to get plugins but my network is offline. The timeout was several minutes.

The problem is solved.
