Install JIRA on my cPanel server

Hello,

I need to migrate from JIRA Cloud to JIRA Server and get this done on my cPanel server on Rackspace. I would like to know if this is possible and if it involves staight-forward steps instead  of making custom changes to the configuration  files since it would break the cPanel setup.

I have searched web and could find no single case where this was installed successfully.

Can anyone please assist.

Iss'nt cPanel just a web application running on Apache that has access to the Linux box?
