I input or edit a description or a comment.

In an enumeration i add a ticket number (copy a ticket number an paste). That causes a carriage return, adds a new enumeration number, iin which the ticket number appears and adds an additional enumberation.

Example

text line text line

  1. enumeration 1  HERE i want to insert / paste a ticket number
  2. KBASPM-1250

Pasting the ticket number causes a carriage return, adds enumeration 2., pastes the ticket number and adds enumeration 3.

Now i have to "repair" that behaviour by positioning the cursor at the end of enumeration 1. , pressing DEL to get the ticket number in 1., then deleting 3.

I just want to add a ticket number here:

  1. enumeration KBASPM-1250

nothing else.

Any idea

cheers

Rainer

Hi Rainer,

Just go from Visual to Text mode and insert it. There will be no carriage return in that case.
