I am new to JIRA cloud. Can you tell me please how it supports the definition of product goals > initiatives > epics > stories? I cannot see how I define these and embed them into the roadmap.
If you are using a Standard subscription for Jira Cloud then you are limited to Basic Roadmaps with a structure that encompasses only Epics with child stories/bugs/tasks for the roadmap.
If you want a roadmap that can include more levels above Epics, like Initiatives, then you need to upgrade to the Premium subscription to get the Advanced Roadmaps feature or invest in third party apps that provide additional roadmapping functionality.
