Information about Jira supported version from application and PostgreSQL database

Hi Team,

Currently we are using Jira application version 8.4 and database PostgreSQL 9.6.20, Which is in AWS RDS. We are planning to do upgrade PostgreSQL version 11 or 12. Is it supports Jira 8.4? or do we need to upgrade Jira version. Can you please provide the best latest supported version's information if any available.

 PostgreSQL 11

 PostgreSQL 10

Will be supported.
