Incoming Mail Server contact card

Hi,

the below incoming mail server is configured correctly for our system and comments and creating issues are working correctly.

jira@[ourcompanyname].atlassian.net

 

the issue I have is where can we update the contact card information as when we forward an issue to this mailbox it has a user who is not an admin listed on the contact card.
