Currently, I have a mail handler set up where it could pick up emails from a Label within Google to create tickets. We currently have it set up where a AV tool picks up any suspicious activities, it would send an email and that would be converted to a ticket. This has been fine until we had to switch out of the current AV vendor to another one. The process remains the same and I actually used the exact same handling rules along with Screens and Workflows. Nothing but the label changed.
The ticket is being created fine but it is not showing any content other than
[Created via e-mail received from: xxx@xxx.com]
I was worried that it might be the formatting of the email but when I forwarded that email back to the same inbox, by then it was able to read the whole content.
Do you have any input on this matter?
