Hi,
A project team in my company originally purchased some licenses for use in a particular project. This project have since gone live and the management have decided to take over the licenses. We are planning to introduce JIRA, replacing some tools we already have.
However, the Admin, originally part of the project, have left the company and the admin is now listed as "inactive". It is tied to a mailbox that no longer exist. And the new team leads selected to trial JIRA is unable to administer the site.
How can I get the "admin" credential transfer to someone else or to a mailbox that is monitored by a team instead of an individual?
