When was the last time you interacted with the data prior to it being deactivated?
In the email that indicated your subscription was being deactivated there should be a "contact us" link that takes you to the Billing, Licensing, and Pricing support page.
Complete and submit the form there to get assistance directly from Atlassian.
As this is a user community, where product users help other product users, we don't have any access to directly help you recover the data.
