I am having the weirdest problem in JIRA Discovery. I am the admin of the project, but i cannot seem to tag users in a custom @People field. Others in the project who are admins can do it, but I get "None" as my default response when I start typing as if I don't have the correct permissions, but it seems like I have full permissions. When I go to edit the field, I also don't see any configuration to be able to add users as potential options. Any help would be gladly appreciated!
Hi @Bailey Kattleman and welcome to the Community!
If this is indeed a user custom field, don't type the @ in front of the username. Just type their name to search. @ mentions are to notify people when you are typing in a plain text field, like the description or a comment.
If it still doesn't work, check (or ask a Jira admin to do so) if you have the globale permission browse users.
Hope this helps!
