In which version was team managed and company managed configuration was introduced in Jira Cloud

now I have two options while creating a project.

I would like to know when was this introduced . specific release if possible.

Also , whether these changes are applicable in on Premise versions also?

Cloud does not have release versions. As a sass product Atlassian is constantly rolling out new content. When versions are rolled out they come in waves to the various instances. So while I may have seen these changes three weeks ago those changes may have come to your instance say two weeks ago.  If you want to keep up with the latest information you may wanna watch this blog - https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/blog
