In user-story comments section me and my colleague are seeing different "Update timings"

I will explain the scenario, what we are facing here is:

For example - I have update some comments in user-story like 30 mins before, but on my colleagues computer it is showing "Update 2 hours" before.

I check history and activity everywhere it is showing correct timings but on my colleagues machine it is showing wrong timings.

Can someone explain me why this is happening ?

please check timezone of the specific user that see that value.
