In the old JIRA ticket view I can click on the 3 dots and find an option "rank to top" so I can make the ticket be at the top of my backlog.
In the new JIRA view I do not see this option nor can I see where to add it
The absence of that option is a known issue that you can vote on here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-75253
As a work around, if you right click on an issue in the backlog, you can select the Top Of Backlog option from the context menu.

Unfortunately votes on JRACLOUD-75253 are ignored because Atlassian resolved the issue as duplicate (it is not).
I've create a new issue JSWCLOUD-24001 because I cannot create issues inside JRACLOUD.
Rank to top and Rank to bottom should be restored.
Users expect existing functionality to be migrated to the new issue view. A new FAQ is not going to change that.
