Hi @송화영,

This Jira gadget looks at the Resolution field of the issues. So, for an issue to be considered "done", it must have its Resolution field set.

If you want a "Reported vs Done" gadget that looks at statuses instead of Resolution, then take a look here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-articles/A-powerful-Reported-vs-Done-chart-for-Jira-dashboards/ba-p/2610902

This chart is offered by our Great Gadgets app - a payed add-on developed by my team.

I hope this helps.

Danut.

Hi @송화영 and welcome to the Community!

An issue is considered resolved when it has a value in the resolution field - this is not related to status.

You should make sure that you update that field whenever an issue is transitioned to a done status. If you use built-in Jira workflows, that is usually the case. But when you create custom workflows (which is very common and recommended), you should make sure that you:

  • either fill out the resolution automatically using a post function in your workflow or an automation rule, or;
  • in company managed projects ask your users to provide a resolution via a transition screen and a validator to make resolution a required field.

Hope this helps!
