Hello @Ryan Wasson

As Marc mentioned, the permissions might be at fault here - usually, when the buttons are greyed out, it means that you only have the View access to the structure, which prohibits you from changing anything in it.

As for your original question with the Project filter transformation missing the X button - it is normal if you're accessing Structure on the Project Page. In this case, the filter by project transformation is built in, and it can't be deleted. If you want to disable it, you can do it by clicking he Automation button at the top of the structure (it has the magic wand icon, if you don't have the right access, and the 'Automation' text is missing), or you can access the structure in full either via the top Structure menu, or by its direct URL - then, the built in transformation will not be present.

I hope this helps. If you have more questions about Structure, please reach out to us directly at our support portal.

Best regards,
Stepan

Hi @Ryan Wasson

Welcome to the community.

Check the permissions on the related structure or check with your Jira admin.

Might be that permissions have changed on projects level or structure level, based on your account or even group that you are part of.

Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself and we don't have access to your environment.
