In project, we get error message Failed to retrive project data

Hi Team, 

We created a project, and issue types, request types. 

Also note, we had created form under request types and SLA, however, we cannot find the SLAs, Forms and Request Types. 

Under recent projects, we observed error message 'Failed to retrieve project data'. 

Please look into it on priority and enable us.
