In our JIRA environment we are getting JIRA Startup Failed message during the startup

We have our JIRA environment running in our environment. All of sudden the application stopped working and got the below Error.

Then we started the server, after restart we are getting following error.

We are using Oracle as DB server and able to login through sqlplus by using schema user.

If any faced this kind error, guide us to resolve this issue.

Yes, the issue is due to DB host mismatch between Listener and DB Config xml.

That error message comes from a loss of connection to the database.  It's not on the Jira side, and it's not the actual database, but something between them.  Usually, it's a TNS or network error.
