In next-gen projects, how to get an issue out of the Kanban board once it's validated by PO?

We have created our columns in the board.

We don't want issues to last in the "Done" column forever.

So we would like those done issues to disappear from the board once they are done and the PO has approved them after the demo.

How should we do?

For next-gen projects you need to wait for 14 days for issues in the most right column to disappear.

That statement is false. I have a board with "done" tickets that have been marked as done in November 2019. :(

Just to add to @Alexey Matveev answer, here's the open ticket about it, thus feel free to vote so that you don't have to wait 14 days for issue to be removed from done column.

@Nathalie Cotté, it depends on the exact behavior you want. Here is one suggestion I would recommend. Add a sub-filter that will remove the DONE from the board after being in the DONE status for more than x-days.
