In new workflow editor, what rule to change the resolution state if a ticket needs to be reopened

In the new workflow editor, I want to reset the Resolution when reopening a ticket (back to "no resolution").

According to the available guidance I can find, this is now managed via the Rules/upload a work item field.

As per the image, what resolution should I choose to ensure the ticket returns to an "empty" resolution state?

To return the issue to an unresolved state, don't select a specific Resolution value. In the new workflow editor, use a rule/post function that clears the Resolution field (Resolution = None/empty). Jira considers an issue unresolved only when the Resolution field is blank, not when it's set to a value like "Unresolved

Hi @Jonathon Crowley

You just need to click "Clear this field" option in the screenshot.
