In my Sprint report one of the issues is listed in the Issues Removed from Sprint.

In my Sprint report one of the issues is listed in the "Issues Removed from Sprint". Although as per the history details of the issue, it was never removed from the Sprint and all the status it was changed from were also mapped properly in configuration settings. Can someone please explain this?
