In an Epic - is there a way to create a calculated field based on progress of story points under it?

We manage our releases at the epic level and have stories under them within the story point field.

1. Is there a way at the epic level to create 2 fields - total story points of all stories rolled up, total story points remaining rolled up so that we can add them to our filter listed on the dashboard next to each epic?

2. If we can do this, ideally we would like like to create a custom % complete to also show as a column on the dashboard automatically. (i.e. 15 total stories with 10 complete would be 66% complete).

3. Following the above, it would be great at the epic level if we could also have the count of total bugs under the epic as well as add'l columns for total blocker and major bugs.

Is there a way to roll this information up at the epic level in JIRA cloud? I have not found a way to create custom columns which do this but did see add ons which may work such as power custom fields which looks to be free? If there are other approaches that work, please do suggest but know we cannot track time in JIRA and looking for the story point approach to work for us in our dashboards as fields.
